5540A Multi-Product Calibrator for on-site and mobile calibration
The 5540A extends the capabilities of the 5502A Multi-Product Calibrator with better performance suited for on-site or mobile calibration, covering many of the most demanding field instrumentation workloads. It calibrates the most popular handheld digital multimeters with increased test uncertainty ratios (TURs), oscilloscopes to 600 MHz, and clamp meters to 1500 A with continuous current output.

- Use with a 52120A amplifier to increase the current output to 6000 A for calibrating high-current components such as Rogowski coils
