Class 1 Sound Level Meter SV 971A

The SV 971A Class 1 sound level meter was developed for measuring noise in the workplace and building acoustics. The Type 1 Noise Meter uses a microphone that provides a linear measurement from 27 to 140 dB over a single range. For ease of use, the sound meter uses dedicated mobile apps that support sound measurements, such as RT60 and STIPA.

A Class 1 sound meter is a sound meter that meets the performance criteria of standard IEC 61672-1:2013 (or the equivalent standard BS EN 61672-1:2003 or DIN EN 61672-1:2014) such as range, frequency response, and temperature operating range.
