The sensor cell in RosemountTM Analytical Model 1056 and 1057 analyzers can be replaced using a set of parts called the RosemountTM Cell Replacement Kit. These analyzers are commonly used for continuous monitoring of process variables including pH, conductivity, and dissolved oxygen in sectors like power generating, chemical processing, and wastewater treatment.
The RosemountTM Cell Replacement Kit’s ANSI – High Sulfur Resistant variant is intended for use in situations where the process fluid contains significant amounts of sulfur compounds. Sulfur compounds are known to contribute to corrosion and sensor cell deterioration, which shortens sensor life and results in false readings.
