Wika CPG-KITH Hydraulic service kit

Components

The service kit includes a hydraulic manual test pump to generate a defined test pressure and also a high-precision CPG1500 model digital pressure gauge as a reference tool. Air is used as the pressurized medium. Various connection adapters are also available in the test case. All components are neatly stored in the box and protected for internal transport.

Simple function

If the equipment under test and the CPG1500-type precision digital pressure gauge are connected to the test pump, when the pump is activated, the same pressure will be applied to both devices. Using a fine-tuning valve, the test pressure is set precisely. By comparing two values ​​measured at any given pressure value, it is possible to verify the accuracy and/or adjust the pressure gauge under test.

WIKA-Cal software

Data collected from the digital manometer data logger can be wirelessly transmitted to the WIKA-Cal calibration software for further evaluation. WIKA-Cal also provides, in addition to PC-assisted calibration, the management of instrument and calibration data in an SQL database. WIKA-Wireless interface is available for data transmission.
