The testo106 food thermometer has an NTC temperature probe that not only precisely measures the core temperature of your products, but also leaves almost imperceptible perforations (thanks to the narrow measuring tip with a diameter of 2.2 mm). If the limit values ​​are exceeded, the food thermometer will alert you with an optical and acoustic alarm. This allows you to see and hear immediately when critical temperatures are reached. Another extremely useful function is the automatic end value recognition (Auto-Hold).
