Siglent SSG5000A Series RF Signal Generator

The SSG5083A/SSG5085A microwave signal generators support AM, FM, and PM modulation, pulse modulation, pulse sequence generation, power meter control, and other operations. Their output frequency ranges are from 9 kHz to 13.6/20 GHz.

An OCXO reference hardware module is built into the Siglent SSG5000A to provide high-precision and high-stability signal output. It is intended for use in the national defense, aerospace, and other industries. Additionally, it is appropriate for a range of application scenarios, including R&D and manufacturing.

Numerous modulation modes, including amplitude modulation (AM), frequency modulation (FM), phase modulation (PM), and pulse width modulation (PWM), are supported by the SSG5000A series.
