SATIR GF-5000 Thermal Camera for Firefighting

The SATIR GF5000 thermal camera has been designed to be used in extremely warm environments where firefighters or fire safety personnel may work.

If a firefighter is spending a short amount of time in a warm environment the camera can operate in temperatures of 55°C to +260°C and if they spend a long time in a warm environment the camera can operate in temperature conditions of -20°C to +55°C. The camera has a 384×288 IR detector which delivers video and images from 110,592 pixels to the end user’s screen.

It has a long battery life of 5 hours which means it can be used for extended periods when on-call for fire emergencies. The GF5000 has two temperature strips one is static to be used for reference and the other is used to indicate a sudden change in the temperature.
