A thickness meter with unique sensors for varied purposes is the PCE-TG 300-NO5/90. In general, the thickness meter may be used to measure the wall thicknesses of any homogenous materials. A specific sensor is offered for dampening or scattering materials like plastic or cast. Measurements at challenging measurement places are also made possible using an inclined 90° sensor. The thickness meter’s ability to adjust the sound speed flexibly makes it adaptable to a wide range of materials.

To use the thickness gauge, the device is first needed to make contact with the desired surface. Then the device automatically measures the thickness and displays the result.
