Mitech MR100 Pocket Surface Roughness Tester:

  • Product Overview

With modern sensor systems and DSP technology, the Mitech MR100 pocket surface roughness tester equipment, which is based on the needle drawing method, can correctly and sensitively measure mental surface roughness. And it’s the newest item.

Mitech MR100 is extensively utilized in a range of metal and non-metallic surface roughness detection because of its high precision, portability, stability, and dependability. It is an essential product that lowers production costs and increases production efficiency.

  • Working Principle

1. Needle scanning method: after setting the instrument down on the workpiece’s surface, do the measurement. The probe’s fine stylus detects the workpiece’s surface as it slides along it in a straight line thanks to a precision-driven internal component of the instrument.

2. Additionally, the workpiece’s surface roughness will cause the stylus to move vertically. The probe piezoelectric wafer deforms as a result of the displacement and emits an electric signal. 3_This signal will be amplified and level translated before being sent to the data gathering system. For the gathered data, a DSP chip will perform digital filtering and parameter calculations. And the OLED display screen will show the measuring findings.

  • Working Conditions
  • Temperature: 0 ~40 °C
  • Relative humidity: < 80%.
  • No vibration, no corrosive media around
  • â‘¡ Storage conditions
  • Temperature: -20 ~60 °C
  • Relative humidity: <90%.
  • â‘¢ Transport conditions
  • Circulation condition: Third level.
  • Operating Method and Attentions

1. Make the probe as stable as possible as it is moving to prevent influencing the

measuring accuracy.

2. Before the probe returns, the instrument will not respond to any measurement activity.

the initial location. It can only allow for further measurements once the previous measurement has been completed.
