Megger Det3tc 3 Terminal Earth Resistance Tester

The DET3TC from Megger allows you to do extensive earth testing methods such as 2 pole, 3 pole, no disconnect testing (ART), resistance, and voltage. When performing test procedures, the Megger DET3TC automatically evaluates and displays the status of connected C and P spikes, as well as performing automatic noise checking/compensating by rejecting noise from 40V peak to peak. When evaluating earth voltage, the gadget can perform tests from 0-100V AC with a 2% 2V accuracy.

This instrument requires the use of an optional clamp (available separately) to be fitted around the ground rod connection, eliminating the need to disconnect. A wide rotary dial makes it simple to select all test protocols, and a large test button is incorporated into the device for convenient and safe test initiation even when wearing gloves.

This earth tester isn’t just for indoors; the DET3TC has an IP54 classification, which means it can be used outside because it’s protected against dust and water jets.
