Megger BGL-Battery Ground Fault Locator
This tool was developed to detect, monitor and locate grounding faults on battery systems – without the need for segments! The BGL model monitors and locates ground faults on active or dead battery systems. To save hours of unnecessary troubleshooting, BGL easily distinguishes between resistive fault current and capacitive load current. This feature allows the device to detect and monitor leakage paths, even in the presence of voltage spike suppression capacitors.
