Fluke TP 40 Automotive Back Probe Pins

The Fluke TP40 Automotive Back Probe Pins are essential tools for automotive diagnostics, designed to facilitate easy and safe measurements in vehicle electrical systems without the need for wire insulation stripping. Ideal for mechanics, automotive technicians, and diagnostic professionals, these probe pins are crafted to provide accurate and efficient probing capabilities while ensuring minimal disruption to the wiring. Here’s an in-depth overview of the Fluke TP40, including its features, benefits, and potential applications.

Product Overview

The Fluke TP40 is a set of back probe pins that are used to connect test equipment (such as multimeters and oscilloscopes) to the electrical circuits of vehicles without causing damage to the wires. These pins are specifically designed to slide into automotive connectors and tap into the wires from behind, which is especially useful for diagnosing problems with sensors, connectors, and wiring harnesses.

The 1-¼ inch flexible pin provides easy connection with weatherproof connectors. DC over 60V tested pins are required for fuel injectors, TPS and MAP sensors and any chassis or vehicle connector with a weatherproof kit. The engine compartment is equipped with bright yellow bodywork so you don’t get left behind. Easily connects to test probes with removable connectors, such as the TL224.
