Fluke 1537 Insulation Resistance Tester and Megohmmeters

The Fluke 1537 Advanced Insulation Tester is a high-performance device designed to facilitate insulation testing in various industrial and solar installation applications. This tool offers programmable test voltages ranging from 250 V to 2500 V in 100 V steps, making it versatile for different testing needs. It’s capable of insulation resistance measurements from 200kΩ up to 500GΩ and incorporates features such as Polarization Index (PI), Dielectric Absorption Ratio (DAR), and Dielectric Discharge (DD) measurements. Additionally, it includes a ramp mode that linearly increases the applied test voltage to help identify fault conditions that might be hard to detect.

The meter’s accuracy is specified for one year after calibration at operating temperatures of 10°C to 30°C. For operating temperatures outside the range (-10°C to +10°C and +30°C to +50°C), add ± 0.25% per °C, except on the 20% bands, add ± 1% per °C.
