Siglent SDS2000X HD Digital Storage Oscilloscope

Digital Storage Oscilloscopes from SIGLENT’s SDS2000X Plus series come in bandwidths of 350 MHz, 200 MHz, and 100 MHz; they can do mixed signal analysis on up to 4 analog channels and 16 digital channels, and their maximum sample rate is 2 GSa/s.

With a maximum waveform capture rate of up to 100,000 wfm/s (in regular mode) and up to 500,000 wfm/s (in sequence mode), the Siglent SDS2000X HD series uses Siglent’s SPO technology. It also has a 256-level intensity grading display capability and a color temperature display option. It also uses cutting-edge, highly sensitive, and jitter-free digital trigger technology.

The trigger system supports numerous effective triggering modes, such as serial bus triggering. Extended waveform records can be recorded, stored, and examined using tools including History waveform recording, Search and Navigate features, Mask Test, Bode Plot, Power Analysis, and Histogram. The SDS2000X HD also has options for a 25 MHz arbitrary waveform generator, a wide range of measuring and math capabilities, and serial decoding.
